| INC Research Ranks 3rd on Fast 50 Fastest Growing Companies in the Triangle Area |
Raleigh-based CRO Receives Award for Fourth Consecutive Time Raleigh, NC, Nov. 10, 2008 - INC Research, a therapeutically-focused contract research organization (CRO) with a trusted process for delivering reliable results, was recognized as the 3rd fastest growing company in the Triangle area by the Triangle Business Journal. The company was recognized at the Fast 50 Awards ceremony on Nov. 6, 2008 at the new Raleigh Convention Center. "The investments we've made in our people and our Trusted Process have enabled us to sustain growth in this competitive environment," said James T. Ogle, CEO of INC Research. "We've extended our global reach and therapeutic focus to align our services with customer demand. We are very honored to be recognized by our community for the fourth year in a row." Recently INC Research launched the Women's Health Division to address the challenges and nuances related to female health conditions, and appointed the head of its Metabolic & Endocrine Diseases practice tin response to the increase of more prevalent metabolic disorders, such as diabetes and obesity. The Fast 50 award rankings were determined by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, who evaluated locally headquartered private companies based on a formula that takes into account both dollar growth and percentage rate of growth over a three-year period.
